Terms of Use

Effective October 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of homeporthealth.com (the "Site"), operated by Homeport Health, Inc. ("Homeport Health", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. Any Homeport Health product or service will be offered under its own separate agreement.

About the Site

The Site provides general information about Homeport Health and a way to contact us. Its content is provided for information only and may change at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a commitment to provide, any product or service.

Not medical advice

The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it doesn't create a provider–patient relationship. If you have a health concern, contact a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

What you send us

Please give accurate contact details and don't send health information, passwords, payment details or anything you consider confidential through the Site or by email. We handle the personal information you send as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback about our services, you agree we may use them without obligation to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Our content and trademarks

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics and the Homeport Health name and logo, belong to Homeport Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for your own non-commercial use. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link doesn't mean we endorse them.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Homeport Health and its officers, employees and agents won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeport Health from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; continuing to use the Site means you accept the update. We may suspend or change the Site at any time. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it.
