Privacy Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

This policy explains how Homeport Health, Inc. ("Homeport Health", "we", "us") handles information when you visit homeporthealth.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. It covers this Site only. Any Homeport Health product or service will have its own terms and privacy notice.

The short version

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the Contact us form, we receive your name, email address, organization (if you provide one), the topic you choose and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our server records basic request details: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser's user-agent string. We also hold IP addresses briefly in memory to limit how many messages one address can send, which helps block spam.

The Site does not use cookies, web beacons, analytics tools, advertising networks or social media plugins, and its fonts and images are served from our own server rather than from third parties.

Health information

This Site is not intended to receive health information. Please don't include medical details, test results or other health information in the form or in emails to us. If you send it anyway, we'll use it only to respond to you and will delete it when it's no longer needed.

How we use information

Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and running a secure website, and on your consent where you've given it.

How we share information

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

How long we keep information

International transfers

The Site is hosted in the European Union, and our email providers process data in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our use of it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. California residents may exercise the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; we don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email privacy@homeporthealth.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we'll respond within the time the law requires.

Security

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to the systems that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is meant for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on the Site.
